Do you accept returns?
Since all our products are customized according to your model, it would be very difficult for me to resell them if you no longer need them. Therefore, if you need a refund for personal reasons, it can only be done within 24 hours of placing the order and before the product is made.
If you place an order with the wrong model or style due to personal reasons . Before transportation , you can modify it for free once. If you have received the goods and found that the model or style you ordered is incorrect, You can choose to pay half of the fee. I will remake and ship a correct model order for you.
If it is due to my fault, or because of the courier's responsibility (such as when I made a wrong model, or the package was damaged during the courier transportation process , package loss etc.), I will re-make and re-send an order for you, or choose to directly refund you.
